Southern Spirit Properties 22 (Pty) Ltd is a South African based company, which was established in September 2003. The mandate of the company is to invest in high yielding commercial, residential and retail properties. These properties are purchased or developed and thereafter leased.
These investments are situated primarily on the coast, as the shareholders believe that this will offer the highest return in terms of yield and capital growth. Southern Spirit Properties 22 (Pty) Ltd is an enterprise that is involved in numerous aspects of the industry.

Maidstone Golf Club |
We have purchased the Maidstone Golf Club and taken ownership of this club in May 2007, after managing the club since May 2006. We have built a clubhouse, which houses a restaurant and a bar. The clubhouse caters for weddings and small functions for up to 150 people. We have a practice putting green and we have plans for a new driving range. We would like to introduce night golf, which would be a first in KwaZulu-Natal. | ||||
